We have booked a place for Mummies and Babies gathering on coming 24th March and confirmed by the staff twice on January.
And today, we receive a msg that we have to change the time becox of someone r...eserve to make lunch buffet on the same day same time.
I can’t understand why we reserve first and we gonna change the time. Well, maybe the another group paying more.
They suggest that will give us 5% off for the total bill if we can change the time, who cares the 5%?!

If your cafe going to close at 11pm, and your coffee machine has been washed at 10/10.30pm, you should tell the customers earlier and not inform us after 10 minutes, and the cold brew we ordered still... hasn’t served.

If we don’t ask the staff, we still sit there without any notice

Really kudos to the tiny details they have put in to the decorations and creating such a homely ambience. In terms of food, I have to say i'm really addicted to their smoked salmon spaghetti. Quite dissapointed, it's first time that I'm specially bring my kids to the cafe last week, but have been told by staff that the indoor playground only open on Friday to sunday only! I'm wandering why... they announced the playground open all day but it's not. Not a good experience. See More

This is a place that's so comfy for families with children to hang out at. The indoor playground provides a confide place for the adults to let their children have fun, at the same time able to hang o...ut and catch up with each others. The food is good and the coffee is even better. We are so happy that we find this place! The sErvice was good too! Writing this review as an encouragement and cheers for the owner to come out with such an thoughtful idea. Keep up the good work and services! Coffee n interior design very good....but food only few type to choose...also second floor mini playground for kids not always open for kids even have no party upstair...Sunday night wish to bring our... kids go there for fun but the staff mentioned party at level 2 n we found nothing upstairs....they only allow our kids alone go upstairs....we hope can share the fun n happiness with them....this case I think need to improve.... Good place for friends gathering especially with small kids. However, the playground at second floor seems like very dusty and not clean. There were many mosquitoes flying around , toilet was not clean also.

Nice coffee, but a small suggestion, please do provide compliment filtered water for the coffee consumer. I always thought free filtered water is the basic necessity for customer until the other day I... am surprised that cafe actually bill customer for the water. See More

Worse in service… Must do more practices on how to take order and how to serve customers… Customers re arrange table, place order it self, end up charge customers service charge… So poor service received…

第一次来让我印象真的是非常不好，生着病而且还有吐的症状的小朋友也可以一起进去playground玩，然后就在一群小朋友玩的当时吐在playground那边，今天小朋友蛮多的，影响了大家，负责人也忙得顾不了，所以小孩玩乐的地方是就这样没有即使处理的，让我想象万一是后面来的那些不知道的父母就这样让孩子进去玩了，不会敢再去了。

mrdragon：希望现在的风格能和以前的风格做一次结合，因为就是很喜欢餐厅以前的那种六十年代的风格和色调，然后音乐要放对要和店的风格整体一致，很多cafe跑复古风结果放出来的音乐却也是hip hop 音乐，完全破坏了气氛，音乐是很致命的...�是比以前好吃了�
