long walk, narrow pathway along gates, ad-hoc split-level travelator, lack f&b shop after immigration, and mineral water is a rare item. poor cust. experience

This thing very often broken..... after a very long walk that is. Boarding gates are so far away. What happen if you got atrhritis or old age or heart problem. Buggy services cannot reach there
GST Refund Policy: Only accepted forms, which would be given with a bill starts from 300 MYR, by designated shopping venues. Totally a ridiculous policy implementation! Fine. Bye!
I don't believe air conditioning is even installed in this airport. Pay the fee and check extra bags to lighten the load and make the experience tolerable.
Prepare 2 pay for everything if you're taking AirAsia (the blanket , pillow , food etc.) . Purposely cut off all the water supply 2 make u buy it on board not worth the penny , go for other airline.
People tends to cut queue while waiting for baggage drop! Please make sure you arrive 15 mins earlier to reach the check-in counter! Worst departure experience ever!
Free WiFi limited to 3 hrs usage but connection is a bit unstable. Now buggies are transporting passengers from immigration check point to entrance of P-gate or Q-gate.
Don't come on time! The terminal is so big & it takes forever for you to walk to the gate you are heading to! Try come an hour or two early so that you can walk with peace & shop shop shop!!! 😊😜💗
