The inter-terminal free shuttle bus is supposed to arrive every 10 minutes but not always the case. Leave buffer time to avoid chaos.

Zack LetinićFebruary 3Service all round was quite poor. We also had an ‘American breakfast’ at food club, which was barely edible. Strangely enough, they also said we weren’t allowed to order juice before 9am.

- DO NOT EVER TAKE: KLIA van, charged a whopping RM264 & the condition was absolutely awful. Like a workers 'van, filthy & falling apart. An utter disgrace, what would visitors think about this nation??

This airport definetely needs to improve their service and renovation for facilities to be international airport. Please benchmark Changi int. airport(Singapore) or Incheon Int. airport(S. Korea).- This is one of the worst international airport I experienced. One of the worst and unfriendly immigration with long que and unbelievably slow most of the time.
Facilities faulty. Toilet decent. What's with all the broken trolleys ?
