        The room is spacious however can improve for wifi service and the staff are not so friendly. Anyway nice enviroment and comfortable place to stay. 👍🏻

        Very good experience. Spacious room, incredible view. So clean. The staff is very helpful and gentle. No wifi in the room but you can enjoy it on the lobby. Continental & Malaysian breakfast. Peaceful

        Nice environment. Might be a bit noisy in room 203. No fan. Near Tanah Rata town. But too far from Brinchang night market. Clean room. Carpet feel clean. Only got Fox movies.

        QUITE AN OLD ROOM. THE STAFFS IS HELPFUL. BREAKFAST IS WORSE. NOT ENOUGH FOR GUESTS. THE SCENE IS LIKE PUSAT PENEMPATAN MANGSA BANJIR

        When we call for reservation they said only left family room. So we take it. At night we complain for the noise and requested other room but they told us only superior room available. What??

        No air-conditioning in the room but maybe they think we don't need it being on the highlands. However it does get warm when we close the windows and there is no fan in the room.

        Superior room in old wing is very spacious, price is reasonable though not cheap. Wifi only in lobby, too bad. Tv reception is kinda bad. Well kept n clean hotel.Overall, quite a good stay!
